Brow Betty’s COVID-19 GUIDELINES.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US!

 
 

Your Health

Brow Betty’s Staff and clients MUST conduct health checks daily. 

We will ask the following questions prior to booking an appointment.

  1. Have you had a cough?

  2. Have you had a fever?

  3. Have you had a shortness of breath?

  4. Have you been in close contact with anyone who has these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID - 19 in the past 14 days?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above we must reschedule your appointment until all symptoms have been resolved and fever has been resolved without medication for at least 72 hours or at least 14 days after contact with a person sick with cough, fever or diagnosed COVID-19.

At Our Salons

  • Appointments only! You must have a previously booked appointment to enter our salon. You are more than welcome to walk by but need to call to see if we have an appointment available at that time!

  • We ask that you please book your appointment and pre-pay  through our website and MindBody Scheduler. Our front desk is going to be very busy with all the additional requirements and booking online will save you time booking an appointment and checking out!

  • All clients and employees must wear face coverings. Please come prepared by wearing a cloth, paper or disposable face covering. We will have a variety of coverings available for purchase in case you forgot yours at home or do not have one.

  • Please wait in your car (or outside) until your exact appointment time and your service provider is ready for you.

  • Please follow the signage when you enter our salons and ensure at least six (6) feet of physical distance from any other provider or guest.

  • For your first visit, please check with the front desk to fill out a waiver form for services being done prior to your appointment.

  • We will not be utilizing the reception area but will have seating available for anyone who needs additional help.

  • With the reception area being closed and only one client per esthetician we won’t have any room for extra persons such as children or partners that don’t have an appointment.

  • Staff will be wearing PPE that is REQUIRED of them by the state including masks, gloves, disposable smocks and face shields when applicable.

  • We will request that all clients wash their hands prior to any services

  • Front door will remain propped open.

  • The restrooms are not for public use and will be for emergency use only so please come prepared.

  • Please dress comfortably as we are unable to hang up jackets or handbags. Those will stay on you while you are in the salon.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing any signs of illness.


Please be patient with us as this is all new to us! In order to maintain our current licenses through the Oregon State Board of Cosmetology all of the above requirements outlined by the state for salons in Phase One MUST be followed.
